Accidental Damage Protection

We understand accidents can happen. You can add Accidental Damage Protection to your booking for $9.95 for extra peace of mind.

Without protection, if a garment is returned with major staining, tears or other damage, you may be required to cover the repair or replacement cost, up to 120% of the item’s RRP.

Minor issues are generally overlooked. However, if the damage means the garment can no longer be hired again, additional costs may apply.

Accidental Damage Protection covers up to $200 per order. If the garment is damaged beyond repair and the replacement cost is more than $200, you will still be responsible for the remaining amount. For example, if the garment costs $495 to replace, you will be required to pay the remaining $295.

Accidental Damage Protection does not cover:

• Change of mind
• Lost or stolen items
• Returns lost in transit, unless there is proof the parcel was lodged or scanned
• Bags, headwear, belts, accessories or jewellery
• Damage caused deliberately
• Damage caused through extreme carelessness or reckless behaviour
