Shipping policy
All postal orders are sent via Express Post.
Attire For Hire is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or local delivery issues. Customers must ensure their nominated address is suitable for timely delivery.
Customers must hire at least five business days before their event for Attire For Hire to take responsibility for late deliveries. Orders placed under this timeframe are at the customer’s own risk.
Garments must be placed in the supplied return satchel and lodged at Australia Post within the hire period. Weekend hires must be returned by 5pm Monday. Late fees apply for late lodgements.
If delays cause Attire For Hire to lose a future booking, an additional hire fee may be charged. Failure to pay will result in the matter being referred to debt collectors.
