BACKUP DRESS

Not quite sure about the size, fit or style? Add a Backup Dress to your booking for extra peace of mind. You’ll receive both dresses and can decide which one you love best once they arrive.

1. ADD BOTH DRESSES TO CART

Choose your preferred dress and your backup option, then add both to your cart.

Both dresses must be booked for the exact same hire dates.

2. USE CODE BACKUP

Enter code BACKUP at checkout to receive 70% off the lower priced dress.

The discount will automatically apply to the lower priced of your two selections. Complete checkout as normal and both dresses will be sent together for your selected hire dates.

3. CHOOSE YOUR DRESS & RETURN BOTH

Try both dresses and choose the one you’d like to wear to your event.

Only one dress may be worn. The second dress must remain unworn and in its original condition.

Return both dresses together on your scheduled return date.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The Backup Dress fee is non refundable, regardless of which dress you choose to wear.

If both dresses are worn, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance required to bring the discounted dress up to its full rental price.

If you choose to wear the lower priced dress, the difference between the two rental prices will not be refunded.

Both dresses must be booked for the same hire dates. The BACKUP code cannot be used to book dresses for separate events or different hire periods. If the code is used incorrectly, we may contact you to amend or cancel the additional booking.

The Backup Dress option is not available if you have attended a try on appointment.

Accessories are excluded.

The BACKUP offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code or holiday package.
