Refund policy

All hire fees are non refundable. Attire For Hire does not offer refunds for change of mind, illness, event cancellations, incorrect sizing, signs of general wear at AFH discretion, or for any failure to follow our terms and conditions. If you need to cancel your hire and wish to apply for special consideration, this must be done at least 14 days before your event date. In limited circumstances such as illness or event cancellation, a credit note may be offered at our discretion. No credit notes will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date. If your hire arrives and the fit is unsuitable, you must contact us within 3 hours of receiving the garment or bag and return it immediately. A credit note may be offered at our discretion. Hire credits can be used for future garment hires only. They cannot be redeemed for retail purchases or makeup and hair services. Credit notes do not expire.
